Brewer Historical Society membership meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month at 7 PM in the Brewer Methodist Church meeting room at 40 South Main Street in Brewer.
Membership meetings are open to the public. There is usually a program and refreshments are served
(The August meeting is a potluck for members and is held at the Clewley Museum located at 199 Wilson Street in Brewer.)
(The December meeting is a Christmas party for members at the Methodist Church meeting room)
Brewer Historical Society Board meetings are held the last Monday of the month at 6PM in the Resource Center
The Clewley Museum provides a glimpse into life at the turn of the 20th century of a middle class family in Brewer. There are also a display dedicated to Joshua Lawrence Chamberlain and a Resource Center for research and information.
The Clewley Museum is located at 199 Wilson Street In Brewer and is open during the summer on Thursday afternoons from 1 PM to 3 PM
